More Money Raised Through The Davidson Cares Travel Raffle for our Local Schools!

Davidson Realty agents and staff, Davidson Cares Board Members, parents and teachers alike all came together to raise even more money for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School through the Davidson Cares Travel Raffle. We drew the lucky winner at Villagio Italian Grille inside the Renaissance World Golf Village Resort on Tuesday, March 19th at 5 pm. It was an incredible month of sales in February for our Jacksonville Realtors! The company had $11.9 million in sales for the month with 25 different agents posting transactions.

Congratulations to our Top Realtors in February:

The Top Listing Agent for February is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales. Mirtha had seven transactions during the month – three new construction homes, one homesite, and one condominium in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one new construction home in St. Augustine and one resale home. She was also our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for January. Read more

Davidson Cares Gives $4,800 in Grants and That’s Only the Beginning!

We are so excited to announce that all the Davidson Cares grants have been given out for the awesome video submissions from Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School! Each winning video from the four schools received $1,000 and all other videos received $100 towards their needs. The Davidson Cares Board Members and team had so much fun surprising the teachers and students on their news shows and in their classrooms. Read more

We have a lot to be thankful for at the Davidson Companies – from our hard working agents and staff to our family atmosphere and fun loving culture. We are particularly thankful for a great 2012 and an even better start to the new year! Our Jacksonville Realtors produced over $10 million in sales and over $8.3 million in closings in January.
