This month we are back to our March ways! Our team almost made it to $9 million in sales this month!

dottieOur Top Sales Agent this month is Dottie Lay with $1.3 million in sales and listings sold. We were lucky enough to have over 15 different agents participate in contributing over $8.9 million in sales for May!suzy

Our Top Listing Agent, Top Producer, AND Featured Agent this month is Suzy Evans! Suzy totaled over $960,000 in listings sold this month. Our Top Producer is recognized for closings and Suzy had over $1 million in closings for May. We had 15 different agents with closings totaling over $3.8 million.

For those of you who don’t know a lot about Suzy, you must not have been reading our past Tops blogs because she continually makes the list! Suzy was our Top Lister for the 4th Quarter last year, our Top Lister for the 1st Quarter this year, our Top Lister in March, and our Top Producer in April. Even though that’s as far back as I’m willing to dig, she has been performing at the top of the list ever since she became a part of Davidson’s team. Our Top Jacksonville Realtors in April

This month we are excited to announce our top Jacksonville realtors in April and celebrate our 31 transactions with over $6.3 million in sales and listings sold! We may not have topped our March numbers, but we have proved the market is picking up and our spirits have, too! Our top real estate agents should be no surprise to you, but we love gushing about them any way.

pcFor April, our Top Lister is Pauline Cake. No stranger to the Tops List, Pauline was also our Top Sales Agent in March. As she celebrates this accomplishment, we celebrate her 8 year anniversary with Davidson Realty on May 21st! Pauline has known World Golf Village from the beginning and grown with the community.  The only thing that hasn’t changed is Pauline’s status at the top of the pack!

jenniferTop Sales Agent for April is Jennifer Todd. She was also our Top Lister in January, starting our year off right! Her past experience with new home construction and her continued focus on builder homes has made her a consistent producer.

suzySuzy Evans was our Top Lister for the 4th Quarter last year, Top Lister for the 1st Quarter this year, AND our Top Lister in March! I guess she decided to top all that off with the title of Top Producer in April.

Area Business Expo on April 24th – Get Introduced to Local Businesses!

Something for everyone is in store at the first ever Area Business Expo at World Golf Village on Saturday, April 24th from 9 am to 3 pm! More than 60 vendors are lined up for the event which will feature free demonstrations, information, samples and prizes from a variety of local businesses. So, come on out to the Convention Center in the Renaissance Resort Hotel! The event is free and open to the public.

Come learn about your local businesses and even try them out! Island Massage will be offering free shoulder massages, The Village Chiropractic will do free spinal analysis, and Jennifer Jordan Photography will give free samples of individual mini portrait sessions and that’s just for the adults! Kids can stop by the Brightway Insurance booth and get free face painting. Many vendors will offer coupons or specials. Make a day of it – browse the Expo, have lunch at 500 South or Caddy Shack, catch the “Hubble” IMAX, play on the putting green, peruse world class golf equipment at the PGA TOUR STOP or take some time to see the beautiful golf course homes in St. Augustine!
