Sarah Nelson joins sales team at Davidson Realty

We are happy to welcome Sarah Nelson to our real estate sales team! Sarah brings to her new role extensive experience in hospitality.

Sarah previously worked in hospitality services for several local golf communities. She credits her personal home buying experiences as well as a dedication to customer service as motivation for pursuing her passion for real estate. Sarah is also knowledgeable in the Northeast Florida rental market.

 

She enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and supporting her husband’s law enforcement career. In her spare time, Sarah likes researching new decorating ideas and repurposing furniture.

 

She works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.

Brian Crocket shifts from hospitality to real estate at Davidson Realty

We are pleased to welcome Brian Crocket to the sales team at Davidson Realty! Brian has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service.

 

“Brian has an intuitive approach to customer service,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “He’s accustomed to listening to the needs of customers and going out of his way to help.”

 

A native of Michigan, Brian earned a psychology degree from Eastern Michigan University. He has garnered more than 20 years of experience in restaurant management, leading operations for eateries like Jacksonville’s Grub Burger Bar and BJ’s Restaurant.

 

Brian looks forward to utilizing his expertise and passion for helping people to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process. He works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.

 

Brian and his wife are parents to five children, with whom they enjoy exploring the St. Augustine sights, playing catch and running around at the park. He is also a big fan of Detroit sports teams.

Davidson Realty agent Erin Mount steers donation effort for returning sailors

Amid her busy schedule as a Davidson Realtor, Erin Mount recently organized a donation drive for single sailors of Patrol Squadron 45 (VP-45) returning from deployment. It all started when a friend asked Erin for a donation to help returning sailors. She jumped at the opportunity to help—even seeking donations from others to maximize the effort.

 

 

Friends, local businesses and attendees of the monthly World Golf Village Networking Group all contributed to the drive. Agents and staff at Davidson also stepped in to help, including Gail George, Terri Apodaca, Liz Pappaceno, Ron Savarese, Mirtha Barzaga, Steve Rodriguez, Ethel Henry, Rebecca Schaffer, Kim Keith, Andrea Gallagher, Mattie Zebendon, Jim Davidson, Rochelle Richardson and Troy Silhan.

 

 

“Everybody was more than willing to participate,” said Erin. “I purchased the baskets and local businesses and individuals volunteered to fill them.”

Tammy Peacock joins sales team at Davidson Realty

Join us in welcoming our newest agent Tammy Peacock! Tammy brings to Davidson experience in event planning and sales.

 

“Tammy has a great eye for detail and she’s focused on making the buying and selling experience as easy as possible for customers,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

 

Tammy is a native of McDonough, Georgia and relocated to Florida in 2008. She boasts an extensive background in sales and special event planning for country clubs. Tammy also specializes in staging and design.

 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters at the beach or anywhere on the First Coast.

 

Tammy works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.
