Davidson Realty Named Among Top Residential Real Estate Companies In Northeast Florida

Once again, we are thrilled to be included as one of the area’s top residential real estate companies according to the Jacksonville Business Journal. Davidson came in at number 11 on this year’s list with more than $113 million in local homes and lots sold in 2015.

We finished 2015 with an average of $311,150 per property sold, which is among the top local firms in terms of value per property. Read more

We feel honored to again be named as one of Jacksonville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work! Several Davidson staff members gathered at an awards breakfast on Tuesday morning to accept the award, which was given to Davidson in the extra small category.

This is the 11th consecutive year we have has been included on the list of winners, which are selected based on employee surveys. We were also recognized in 2015 as one of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For by Florida Trend magazine. Read more

Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more.
