Team Davidson recently celebrated our 14th Annual Awards Banquet in “black and white” style at Blackstone Grille in Julington Creek. Over 90 agents and staff came out to celebrate a tremendous year in sales and closings and enjoy delectable food by our friends at Blackstone Grille. Our Jacksonville Realtors, along with our Davidson Development team, had $126 million in sales and $134 million in closings for the year! Read more

Davidson Realty Honored as one of JBJ’s Partners in Philanthropy

Davidson Realty proudly accepted the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Partners in Philanthropy Award last Thursday at a breakfast ceremony in the Omni Jacksonville. We were honored for our non-profit efforts through Davidson Cares.

The ceremony included presentations by Florida Blue CEO Pat Geraghty, Regions Bank City President Franklin Danley and United Way CEO Michelle Braun. Read more

Our Own Gail George Joins St. Johns Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors

Congratulations to Davidson Realty agent Gail George, who was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County! Gail joins 11 other members on the Board including Chairman Gary Jordan.

As its newest member, Gail will help the team establish programs and objectives for the organization as well as select families who will be recipients of Habitat homes.

“I had been searching for a new way to give back to the community that has been so kind to this Canadian/South Florida transplant,” says Gail, who originally hails from Toronto, Ontario. “To me, it is the perfect avenue for service for a Realtor since helping folks live out the dream of home ownership is what we do.” Read more

Once again we have been included on Florida Trend magazine’s list of Best Companies To Work For! We are thrilled to add this special statewide distinction to our list of recent accolades, which also include Jacksonville Business Journal’s list of the best places to work and top 50 fastest-growing companies.

Florida Trend’s annual list, which appears in the August issue, features 100 Florida companies ranked in small, medium and large categories. Davidson is ranked at number 20 in the small company category. Read more
