Davidson Realty is at it again! We were recently ranked in the Jacksonville Business Journal’s top 10 Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida and now we have come in at #30 on their 50 Fastest Growing Companies list! The Business Journal 50 acknowledges the fastest growing private companies in Northeast Florida. Several Davidson Companies’-partners, including Jim Davidson, Sherry Davidson, Ed Gil, Sam Davidson and Matthew Davidson were joined by Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga and long-time Davidson Development employee Cindy Vaughn at the Business Journal 50 Awards Luncheon held on Thursday, July 17th at the Hyatt Downtown. We’ve Done It Again! Davidson Named to Jacksonville Business Journal’s List of Best Places to Work

Once again, the Jacksonville Business Journal released its annual Best Places to Work list and, once again, Davidson Realty made the cut! We’ve been featured on the Journal’s exclusive list for several years in a row and, this year, we are one of only two realty companies on the list. Way to go, Davidson!

The Journal released the list on July 4, which ranks qualified Northeast Florida companies based on nine categories including the happiness and morale levels of workers and the company’s balance of work and fun. Anyone who has experienced our company cookouts, luncheons, mixers, contests, fundraisers  or outings knows that Davidson knows how to have fun – and get the job done! Read more

Davidson Realty’s 2014 Baseball Contest Knocks it out of the Park!

As many of you know, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson is a baseball fanatic (Go Braves!), so every year we have a baseball-inspired contest, which she “umpires”. The contest lasts thirty days and the agents are split into four teams, each with managers, listing coaches and closing coaches to encourage and help them through the month. The agents earn points based on attending sales meetings, listing a property, selling a property, winning the week (a Buffini & Company activity that helps them keep in touch with customers), closing a property, etc. Read more

Kudos to Davidson’s 2014 Five Star Professionals!

Once again, several of Davidson Realty’s agents have earned a nationally recognized distinction! Jacksonville Magazine and research firm Five Star Professional have designated five Davidson agents as Five Star Professionals, including Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga, Margherite Myers, Michelle Gonzalez, and Pauline Cake. The recognition is given only to the top seven percent of Northeast Florida’s real estate agents. Read more

From Denim to Diamonds – Team Davidson Celebrated the Success of 2013 in Style!

Every year, the Davidson Companies throw a themed awards banquet to celebrate all the hard work of the previous year and honor our top producing agents. This year’s theme was Denim & Diamonds and based off of Oprah Winfrey’s quote, “When I look into the future, it’s so bright it burns my eyes.” We know 2014 is going to be brighter than we can even imagine!
