Davidson Realty offers brand new Buffini real estate course for agents

Davidson Realty invites all local real estate agents to attend Pathway to Mastery, a newly launched training course from Buffini & Company. The firm will host the eight-week course at two locations:

  • World Golf Village office, every Monday from March 25 to May 13 (9 to 11 a.m.)
  • Jacksonville Beach office, every Wednesday from March 27 to May 15 (9:30 to 11:30 a.m.)

Buffini describes the Pathway to Mastery course as “a deep dive into lead generation, negotiation strategies, buyer and seller tactics, and more.” The production-focused course was developed for new and experienced Realtors. Buffini reported more than 6,000 enrollments since its launch in January.

 

In addition to instruction, students will have access to Buffini’s Online Resource Center and contact management tool, Referral Maker® CRM.

 

The course will be led by Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and Sales and Training Manager Andrea Gallagher. Both are Buffini & Company Certified Mentors.

License to Party! Mirtha Barzaga hosts Bond-themed customer bash

Davidson Realty’s Mirtha Barzaga hosted her 7th Annual Customer Appreciation Party on Saturday, February 9, at the Slammer & Squire clubhouse in World Golf Village. Mirtha invited her customers and business partners to join in the festivities.

 

The party was set to a James Bond theme including table names like “Casino Royale” and “The Spy Who Loved Me.” Attendees were also asked to “dress to kill”. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, desserts and dancing.

 

“This year’s party was a blast and I was thrilled to show my gratitude to those who helped me make 2018 a success,” said Mirtha. “I appreciate everyone who came out to celebrate with me!”

Davidson Networking Spotlight: Colby Caltrider of Back in Motion, Injury & Wellness Center

Since launching our networking events, Davidson Realty has facilitated networking opportunities for hundreds of First Coast professionals. From artists and retailers to lenders and accountants, our networking get-togethers are the perfect way to branch out and spread the word on your products or services—and have fun!

 

We are pleased to feature one of our frequent attendees, Dr. Colby Caltrider. Colby launched his clinic Back in Motion, Injury & Wellness Center last year off County Road 210 and is excited to serve the St. Johns community.

 

A true local, Colby graduated from Fletcher High School and the University of North Florida. He then earned a B.S. and Doctor of Chiropractic from the renowned Palmer College. Colby later earned certifications in Physiotherapy, Trigger Point Therapy (N.I.M.M.O), and advanced certification from Motion Palpation Institute.

Congratulations to Davidson Realty’s 2018 award honorees!

On Saturday, January 26, Davidson Realty celebrated its annual awards banquet to honor outstanding agents and staff from 2018. The masquerade style party was Brazilian Carnival themed, transporting attendees to the streets of Rio de Janeiro for an evening of delicious food, great music and well deserved awards.

 

DJ Chad Cawthon of Millennium Entertainment provided the music and Chef Shane Cheshire with Taste! Catering On The Boulevard created a custom Brazilian menu. Everyone enjoyed the event’s Instant Photocube photo booth and event photography by Tucker Joenz.

Davidson Realty just completed its third year of Pumpkin Pop-bys!

Each year, Davidson Realty agents and staff attach special messages of gratitude to pumpkins and present them to treasured customers and business partners. The effort is always a big hit and this year was no different!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This year’s participants included Allen and Lynn Whitley, Mirtha Barzaga, Margherite Myers, Ethel Henry, Rebecca Schaffer, Tammy Peacock, Michelle Sapp, Candy Gil, Michelle Gonzalez and Liz Pappaceno. Bank of England Mortgage’s Troy Silhan even got into the pumpkin spirit!
