“Staged to Sell” is the topic for our upcoming World Golf Speaker Series presented by Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy and Bank of England Mortgage Banker Andrew Merritt! The event features interior design expert Donna Mancini, owner of Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring. This event is for everyone, whether you are planning on selling your home or just looking for design tips!

Donna will be providing guidance and tips on staging a home to appeal to buyers, as well as new design trends for the summer! The event is located at Davidson Realty’s office at the entrance to World Golf Village (100 East Town Place, 32092) on June 6th from 6 – 7 pm. Refreshments will be provided by Bank of England. 2nd Annual Shooting For SAYS is coming Oct. 19 (but early bird pricing starts now)!

We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Shooting For SAYS event coming Thursday, October 19, at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports! To begin ramping up to the big event, we are introducing special early bird pricing for participants.

Anyone who signs up between June 1 and July 15 will receive discounted prices on sporting clays (set of 100 for $125 instead of $150) and skeet targets (set of 50 for $50 instead of $75). New shooters may receive instruction while shooting 25 skeet targets for $50 (instead of $75). Read more

Davidson Agents Shelley Nemethy & Pam Lareau Launch New Bible Study

Spread the word! Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will host a new Power Hour Bible study beginning Thursday, May 4, at Davidson Realty’s locations in World Golf Village and Jacksonville Beach. The program is open to the public.

Shelley will host the World Golf Village session each Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at 100 East Town Place in St. Augustine. Pam hosts the Jacksonville Beach session each Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215.

“Each Power Hour has been a big success. Since it’s something you can do during your lunch hour or just after work, participants find it energizes them for the rest of their day,” said Shelley, who is also one of Davidson’s top producing Realtors. Read more

Davidson Celebrates Jax Beach Anniversary with BBQ and Brews

We commemorated the one-year anniversary of our Jacksonville Beach office launch with a barbeque-and-brew celebration on Friday, March 10.
