Mirtha Barzaga knows how to throw a party, and her 5th Annual Customer Appreciation Party was one of her best. The 1920’s themed party, which was held on Saturday, February 25, at the Legends Grille in World Golf Village, welcomed nearly 100 people and included a bevy of feathers, fedoras, flapper dresses, and of course, fun! Great news for World Golf Village residents (and future residents)! We are teaming up with Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy to launch a World Golf Speaker Series to provide real estate related information to the growing St. Johns County community.

Agent Shelley Nemethy’s “Power Hour” puts new spin on traditional Bible study

Davidson agent Shelley Nemethy will host a “Power Hour” Bible study beginning Thursday, March 9, at Davidson Realty’s locations in World Golf Village and Jacksonville Beach. The program is open to the public.

Shelley will host the first Power Hour on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at 100 East Town Place in World Golf Village. A second Power Hour will be held on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. at 1500 Beach Boulvard, Suite 215, in Jacksonville Beach.

The Bible study is based on Priscilla Shirer’s program “Breathe: Making Room for Sabbath.” Read more

Davidson Agent Mirtha Barzaga calls for donations to benefit local homeless charity

Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga continues her annual tradition of giving with her Thanksgiving food drive in Heritage Landing on November 12 between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. The drive will benefit the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County (ESHC).

Everyone is invited to donate to the drive, which will take place at the Heritage Landing Amenity Center at 100 Heritage Parkway in World Golf Village. The drive is co-sponsored by Vesta Property Services. Read more

Davidson Cares’ Shooting for SAYS event raises $30,000!
