Davidson Cares 2.0 – More Fundraisers and More Money for our Local Schools!

We couldn’t be more excited to launch Davidson Cares 2.0! As many of you know, Davidson Cares is the corporate giving program of Davidson Realty and the Davidson Companies. We offer support for local schools in the World Golf Village area, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. For the 2012 – 2013 year, we donated a total of $11,300 in less than six months to the four schools and this year we plan on raising the bar even higher!

Travel Raffle: Oct. 28 – Feb. 8

Get ready for some awesome fundraising events! We are kicking off our fundraising efforts with our $2500 Travel Raffle. You could win $2500 towards a vacation for you and your family, while supporting our local schools at the same time! The Davidson Cares Travel Raffle is a chance to win $2500 for travel, including airfare, accommodations and entertainment for the trip you and your family want to take. Ladies, It’s Time to Mix it Up! Davidson Realty’s Third Annual Women’s Mixer is April 25 at Mile Marker Brewing

The World Golf Village area’s Davidson Speaker Series Women’s Mixer on April 25 is gearing up for its third year with more vendors than ever before.  We’re also “mixing it up” with a new location: Mile Marker Brewing at 3420 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine.  Doors open at 7 pm.  Everyone is invited to attend the free event, which will feature more than 20 vendors. A gold buyer will be on site so you can cash in your unwanted gold for cash on-the-spot.

More Money Raised Through The Davidson Cares Travel Raffle for our Local Schools!

Davidson Realty agents and staff, Davidson Cares Board Members, parents and teachers alike all came together to raise even more money for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School through the Davidson Cares Travel Raffle. We drew the lucky winner at Villagio Italian Grille inside the Renaissance World Golf Village Resort on Tuesday, March 19th at 5 pm. We hope all our World Golf Village area neighbors and friends will join us for this important FREE self-defense seminar on January 31!  International Self Protection Training Expert Andrew Wooten will be at Davidson Realty’s offices in World Golf Village on January 31, 2013 for a free self defense seminar at 7:00 p.m.  Wooten’s popular seminars help women learn how to protect themselves, feel more in control, anticipate precarious situations and be aware of their surroundings at all times. “Andrew makes you realize how vulnerable you are but then gives you the tips and techniques you need to protect yourself in a variety of situations,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.  “His seminars are some of our most popular.  He’s a charismatic presenter with information that everyone can use,” she added. First Davidson Cares Fundraiser Exceeds Expectations with Over $6,000 Raised for our Local St. Johns County Public Schools!

Giving back is fun!  Especially when it’s enjoying great brews and tasty treats with neighbors and friends.  We were blown away by the support at our first Davidson Cares fundraiser at Mile Marker Brewery last Friday night to benefit our local St. Johns County schools.  About 200 people came out to support our schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary, and Pacetti Bay Middle School. It was truly amazing to receive so much support for our new Davidson Cares program from our awesome agents and staff, Mile Marker Brewery and other local businesses, neighbors, parents and teachers alike.  More than $6,000 was raised.   Read more
