Bid on Masters Golf Tournament Tickets & Other Great Auction Items

You have probably heard about our new Davidson Cares foundation, where we offer support for our outstanding St. Johns County public schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. The program launched this month and we are currently collecting grant submissions from each of the four local schools for their chance to win $500 to $1,000 for a great idea benefiting a classroom, a grade level, or even the entire school. In addition to the grants, Davidson Cares will host local fundraisers to raise even more money to be split amongst the schools. We are extremely excited about our first fundraiser that will take place at Mile Marker Brewery on Friday, November 9th! Read more

We are proud to announce the creation of our new Davidson Cares Foundation to support education and our local schools, including Wards Creek Elementary School, Mill Creek Elementary School, Palencia Elementary School and Pacetti Bay Middle School. It will be funded by Davidson Realty’s proceeds from real estate sales and fundraising events. craig spezialeSummer’s over, school is back in session and so is our Davidson Speaker Series.  We’re kicking off the new Speaker Series season with an important Back to School topic geared to parents of current middle school and high school students.  Craig Speziale, Principal of Ponte Vedra High School and a seasoned academic administrator, will discuss getting students ready for high school and post-high school, including changing academic requirements that may impact current middle school and high school students. Says Speziale, “Successfully managing the transition from middle school to high school and from high school to college or other post high school opportunities can be a great advantage for students.  With recent changes in academic requirements in the state of Florida, we want to help parents understand the changes and be aware of the resources available and what the St. Johns County School District is doing to help prepare students.”  Read more
