Davidson Boasts A New Member of Property Management in Denise Kwilinski!

We are thrilled to welcome Denise Kwilinski to our expanding property management team!  Possessing expertise in sales and design, Denise offers valuable experience working closely with customers to meet their needs.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Between her natural enthusiasm and knowledge, I am confident in Denise’s ability to serve as a helpful partner to both property owners and tenants.  She is a great addition to the Davidson roster.”

Denise and her family sold their home in Indiana and relocated to Florida in 2007. Her experience includes kitchen design and outside sales of recycling, garbage, and medical waste hauling services. In June 2013, Denise joined Davidson Property Management as a Property Manager Administrative Assistant and says she is very excited to be part of the growing team. Read more

Caitlyn Hawkins, Listing Coordinator Extraordinaire, Adds Real Estate Agent to Her Role at Davidson Realty

We’re thrilled to congratulate fellow staff member Caitlyn Hawkins who gained her real estate license and is now expanding her role with Davidson to include Agent.  Caitlyn has been expertly serving as our Listing Coordinator for the last year, and she knows real estate from nearly every angle. A third generation real estate careerist, she was born and raised right here in Ponte Vedra Beach and grew up accompanying her father as he valued real estate properties – learning all about the industry through observation. Davidson Property Management is On the Move

photo (28)As rental activity continues to grow, so does our Davidson Property Management team.  In just the last four months alone, our World Golf Village-based property management firm has grown its business 20%. The company has welcomed four new employees to handle the growth, in addition to Property Manager Shelby Heinemann who noted, “More people are interested in renting in today’s economy to avoid expenses like HOA or CDD fees, as well as the possibility of big expenses, like appliance repairs, that come with home ownership.”  Read more

Meet Our New Property Manager: Shelby Heinemann

shelbyWe’re thrilled to welcome a World Golf Village neighbor to our team.  Shelby Heinemann, a Heritage Landing resident for seven years, has joined Davidson Property Management, Inc. as Property Manager.  According to Shelby, “This is a very exciting time in property management. The market is strong, rental prices are on the rise and owners are seeing a consistent cash flow.”

A licensed agent, Shelby brings five years of experience as a property manager and Realtor to her new position.  She has completed coursework at the Property Management Academy and she belongs to the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
