Elacora, a Jacksonville-based builder, recently re-launched the Madeira community in St Augustine located approximately ½ way between Palencia and downtown St Augustine. April was another productive month for the Davidson Team! We had 25 different Jacksonville Realtors with sales totaling $11 million for the month and 25 different Realtors with closings totaling $6.7 million. April was also a big month for Davidson Realty’s charitable foundation, Davidson Cares. We donated over $30,000 to our local St. Johns County public schools through St. Johns County Education Foundation’s matching grant program!

The sales representative that you meet in the model homes works for the builder, not for you. Although they are knowledgeable, friendly and tend to always be on their A-game it is best to hire your own agent (it’s FREE for you!) to help mediate the process in the event that there are any hiccups.

2. HOME WARRANTY INCLUDED
