And, why wouldn’t they be? Owning real estate is the greatest investment most people make in a life time, so the inner workings are always of interest to a savvy homeowner or knowledgeable consumer. August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)! June was a standout month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $24 million in sales and $17.2 million in closings! We were blessed with tons of residential and commercial activity all month long! June lead to the end of a wonderful 2nd Quarter for our team with $45 million in sales and $33 million in closings. Thirty-seven different agents had closings during the quarter. Congratulations to the entire team on a stellar month and quarter!

Relay For Life Coming to World Golf Village on March 29

The World Golf Village Relay For Life is coming to Mill Creek Elementary School on Saturday, March 29, at noon! More than 170 participants are expected to take part in the signature fundraiser to benefit the American Cancer Society. Eighteen teams have signed up so far.

Two of our own agents are heading up the event’s planning and organization including Event Chair Amy Anderson and Co-Chair Debra Pappas. Other key contributors are Entertainment and Registration Chair Terri Bailey, Luminaria Pat Philo, Survivor Chair Ken Becker, and Online Chair Kathleen Richards. Read more
