Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more. We’re pleased to announce Davidson Realty’s Ana Speziale recently became certified as a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Agent Affiliate. As an Affiliate, Ana gives back 25% of commissions to the heroes she helps through the real estate buying and selling process. Heroes include active or retired firefighters, medical emergency and healthcare professionals, military, law enforcement and teachers —all of whom work tirelessly to make our lives safer, healthier and better overall. Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings.
