Fantastic Finish – Davidson Realty 2022 Awards

Each year, the Davidson Realty family feels a renewed sense of gratitude for the Northeast Florida community and each other. In addition to providing expert real expert services to the Northeast Florida community, Davidson Realty held more than thirty charitable and customer appreciation events in 2022, including the Davidson Cares Clay Day event which raised more than $100,000 for local organizations. The 2022 Davidson Realty calendar stayed full with more than twenty-eight training sessions, twenty-six sales meetings, eighteen bible studies, twelve birthday celebrations, and ten pizza and notes sessions. Davidson Realty also proudly welcomed ten new agents to the brokerage. 

 

The annual Davidson Realty Awards Banquet is a special night dedicated to celebrating and reflecting on all that was achieved in the past year. This year, Davidson Realty agents and staff voted for a banquet theme of “Party Through the Decades” and everyone was inspired to dress up accordingly for the occasion. The Tringali Barn in St. Augustine, Florida was decorated with centerpieces and party favors from the 20s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, including lifesize Rubix Cubes and old-fashion car cut outs. The party featured a popcorn and candy bar, build your own root beer float station, Italian food and desserts, and a custom decades cake from Cinottis. A big thank you to the awards committee: Andrea Gallagher, Matt Burkhart, and Mirtha Barzaga who spent months creatively planning. On the day of the event, the committee had additional help and support from Liz Pappaceno and Andrea’s parents (Mike and Mary DelPrete). It gives us great pleasure to acknowledge the hardworking agents and their accomplishments in 2022.

Theresa Connolly  

Theresa Connolly is proud to be a part of the Davidson Realty team. In 2014, Theresa relocated to the First Coast from Philadelphia. As soon as she explored St. Augustine it was love at first sight. With a background in account management and sales training, Theresa strives to fulfill the needs of her client. She looks forward to sharing her passion and active involvement in the local real estate market. “Theresa is ready to earn your trust while helping you achieve your real estate goals,” shares Davidson Realty President, Sherry Davidson. “I have a feeling Theresa will make many lifelong friendships in the process.”

 

Sharon Mathis

With more than twenty years of experience in both new construction home sales and seller and buyer representation, Sharon Mathis is joining the team of real estate experts at Davidson Realty. Sharon’s professional experience combined with her extensive knowledge of the Northeast Florida area will be a true advantage when helping clients purchase a home or investment property. Sharon is a long-time First Coast resident and has worked in Orange Park and the Ponte Vedra Beaches area. “Sharon has sold homes across Jacksonville, from Avondale to the beaches! Sharon’s knowledge of the area along with her passion will be true assets to her clients,” shares Davidson. 

 

Maurkee Ragin

Maurkee Ragin joins the Davidson Realty team eager to help his clients find their first home, second home, or home of their dreams! Growing up in a military family, Maurkee has not only had a few homes across the country, but was taught at an early age the importance of leadership, ethics, integrity, and selfless service. He has continued to develop these values through the Florida Army National Guard and is now one year away from earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida. “Maurkee is grounded and focused on the needs of his clients. He is professional and we are proud to have Maurkee represent the Davidson Realty brand,” continues Davidson.

 

Molly Austin

With a vast experience in real estate, Molly Austin joins the Davidson Realty family ready to serve her clients. Molly began investing in real estate in 2005 before starting her own property management company that specialized in commercial properties in 2013. Through these experiences, Molly has always wanted to become a REALTOR ® and chose the Davidson Realty team through a ladies’ network at the Jacksonville Clay Target Sports called Belles with Shells. Molly has a passion for missions and animals. She is a long-time sponsor and team leader for Faithful Servant Missions and is a board member for the Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida. “Molly comes to Davidson Realty with wonderful experiences working with our community. Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agents Stacy Ann Cornell and Jennie Bermudez to Team of Experts

By putting people first, our clients get a personalized real estate experience from our Northeast Florida real estate experts,” shares Davidson Realty President, Sherry Davidson. Davidson Realty is delighted to introduce two new members to the family!

 

 

Stacy Ann Cornell

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Stacy spent most of her childhood on the island of Jamaica where the majority of her family was born and raised. She earned a degree in Sociology from the University of Windsor and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from St. Clair College and went on to become a Preschool Teacher, in Canada. Without hesitation, Stacy seized an opportunity to teach overseas. She spent 11 years teaching English, developing and implementing English Curriculum for schools in South Korea and Japan. While living abroad, Stacy loved going on travel adventures, and backpacking in various countries, such as Thailand, The Philippines, Fiji, and Vietnam. 

 

Stacy is no stranger to constant relocation, planned and unplanned. Her family has relocated multiple times overseas and within the United States for her teaching career and for her husband who served in the United States Air Force. She understands the process and the importance of finding a home that will accommodate and support the needs of the military family lifestyle. Upon the retirement of her husband’s service from the military, Stacy and her family found permanent residency in the RIVERTOWN Community of Saint Johns County.

 

Stacy owns and operates a mobile childcare service, volunteers as a Chairperson on the PTO, is a Team Parent for the Julington Creek T-Ball league, and is an active member in her community, hosting various activities and family events with her nonprofit organization, The Belles & Beaus of the River Society. Stacy’s long time passion for real estate, combined experience, knowledge, and education as a Preschool Teacher and business owner, provide her with valuable skills to ensure her clients receive exceptional service for their real estate needs while establishing a lifelong relationship, not only as their agent but as a friend.

 

Jennie Bermudez

Jennie Bermudez is a native Floridian, born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Growing up, Jennie’s father was a home building contractor and enjoyed being raised in the business. Due to her husband’s career, Jennie has been able to travel and live across the country. Life experiences along with extensive relocations made Jennie realize how important it is to have a compassionate and trustworthy Realtor. “Guiding someone through the process of buying and or selling your home is an emotional and complicated process. It is my responsibility to make your experiences as smooth and simple as possible. It will always be my pleasure and honor to accompany and help you on your journey,” shares Jennie. 

 

Jennie is a proud mother to two daughters, a fabulous son(in-law), three granddogs, and a rescue dog of her own. In her free time, Jennie loves to cook, thrift shop, and spend time with the people that mean the most to her.

Jennifer Collazos

Jennifer Collazos was born in Colombia and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Jennifer understands the importance of speaking both languages and has instilled that value in her daughters. Jennifer currently lives in Fleming Island with her husband and two young daughters. Together they enjoy bicycle rides and visiting the vast array of restaurants that Fleming Island has to offer.

 

Before moving to the sunshine state, Jennifer lived in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. She fell in love with real estate a few years ago when she helped her parents purchase a home after going through a financial crisis. The joy her parents felt of finally owning a home and getting back on track was priceless for Jennifer.

 

Jennifer is committed to supporting her clients, making sure they are well represented and is focused on a successful outcome in every transaction.

 

Jennifer holds a Marketing degree and utilizes her education to help her clients. With her knowledge in advertising coupled with her passion for helping others and attention to detail, Jennifer is a tremendous resource for those interested in buying or selling a home. 

 

Michele Wiedenhaefer 

As an agent, Michele Wiedenhaefer brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Michele attributes her success to not only her passion for real estate but also to her intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling properties.

 

One of Michele’s unique skillsets helps clients transform their current home into a “market ready” property that will entice buyers across the board. Michele has spent the last ten years working in all facets of the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she enjoyed many years in the home renovation industry. She worked with property investors and was involved in the complete process of buying and selling more than 100 homes. Julia Dean

Julia Dean was born and raised in Jacksonville (Mandarin), Florida, and has lived in St. Johns County for eighteen years. Julia has spent most of her career in corporate sales management but has always had a passion for real estate. Julia and her husband have purchased several homes, investment properties, and vacant land over the years which lead her to make the move to become a full-time real estate agent. Julia believes in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships. She will guide you through the process from start to finish whether it is buying your first home, selling your current home, buying your dream house, or finding an investment property. She will go above and beyond in every transaction and is looking forward to working with you.

 

Julia and her husband Kevin love the outdoors, football, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. On the weekends you will typically find her somewhere on the water, either fishing or boating with her husband and their two Labrador retrievers, Kady and Kinley.
