Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings. Davidson Welcomes Dedicated New Agent Candy Gil

We are pleased to welcome a new agent Candy Gil to the Davidson Realty team of pros.  An experienced cross-cultural communicator, Candy brings to her new position a great ear for listening to client needs and an inspired passion for real estate.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Candy understands the value of maintaining open communication with clients and doing her best to meet their needs.  We’re glad to have Candy on our team.”

Born in Cuba’s Oriente province, Candy and her family relocated to Miami when she was nine years old.  After marrying her high school sweetheart, she spent several busy years welcoming children Vanessa and Edward and undergoing family relocations.  The Gil family settled in Jacksonville in 1982.  She then dedicated six years to Christ Church preschool as the school’s first Spanish teacher and spent several years as an English/Spanish interpreter.
