October is always busy with our charity shoot, FL/GA game and Halloween. Our agents were out delivering pumpkins and other goodies to their wonderful customers. They were also busy with contracts and closings.

 

Congratulations to our Top Producer for the month, Rebecca Schaffer! Rebecca helped 5 families move in October from Palencia to Ponte Vedra totaling $1.8 Million. She takes great care of her customers and co-leads our weekly Bible Study at Davidson Realty.

 

The Top Sales Agent for October is Suzy Evans. Suzy had over $1.5 Million in contracts for the month. Suzy sells all over the first coast area and just received another great review from a happy customer.

As summer winds down and school begins, our top performing agents are still working hard.

 

Jennifer Todd is our Top Producer for August with the most closings for the month. Her closings were in the World Golf Village area and the Jacksonville Beach area. Jennifer was also our top sales agent for the Jacksonville Beach office.

Davidson Realty just celebrated our 30th anniversary. Thanks to everyone for all of the support over these three decades!

 

July was a great month with $10 Million in closings and I would like to recognize our Top producers.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings for the month was Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha just wrapped up her Back to School Drive collecting needed supplies for St. Johns County students. She also supports Nease High School especially the Marching Band and ROTC.

 

The Top Sales agent is Terri Apodaca. Terri is one of the hosts of a great business networking event held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Renaissance. Come meet Terri at the next event.

The Spring Selling Season Is Here! Congratulations to our March & 1st Quarter Top Realtors!

Davidson Realty experienced a little March Madness with sales. We had $17 Million in sales and closings for March to kick off the spring selling season.

 

Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer and Top Lister for March. She is also our Top Producer, Lister and Sales agent for the first quarter. Mirtha helped 11 families move in the 1st quarter. Mirtha gives back to our community all year long and is a true professional.
