Mirtha Barzaga: The Triple Crown Winner

Leading the pack is our incredible Top Producer, Top Lister, and Top Overall Sales agent for Q4, Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha’s impressive accomplishments include over $7.1 million in closings and over $3.3 million in overall pending sales, of which $2.1 million were her own listings. But Mirtha didn’t stop at helping her clients buy and sell real estate; she also:

  • Hosted a festive Christmas Client Appreciation Event.
  • Coordinated not one but two food and toy drives in the World Golf Village communities of King & Bear and Heritage Landing, spreading holiday cheer to those in need.

Congratulations to our TOP Producers in May

May was spectacular closing month for buyers and sellers alike. We are so appreciative of our team of real estate advisors who helped people make their customer’s real estate dreams a reality. It’s time to recognize our top agents for May! In our Q&A blog with our TOPS, we asked our best this month to share their top 3 local businesses they like to support. Read on for their suggestions:

 

Our Overall Top Producer for our company as well as our Jacksonville Beach team is Candy Gil with over 2.5 Million in closings for the month.
Candy – My top three locally owned businesses that I love are the following and not in any particular order.

 

1) Cottage By The Sea – It is owned by a good friend, Dale Gray, and they carry great furniture, and gift items for any season. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It has been at the beach for over 20 years.

 

2) MOS – Owned and operated by Lourdes McGuire – also at the beach for over 20 years. You need beautiful plant arrangements or gift items, candles, jewelry, clothes, MOS is the place to go. She will take the simplest plant and turn it into a beautiful arrangement.

 

3) Carla’s Shoes – There you will find shoe brands that are not available in our local Department Stores. The ladies that work there are friendly and will help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Here at Davidson Realty, we’re a family-owned business that’s about people. And, we’ve been a dependable name in real estate for over 30 years. Because of that, we’re able to attract the best and most knowledgeable professionals in the area. “We call it the Davidson Difference,” shares Founder and President of Davidson Realty, Sherry Davidson. “It means we value people first, from our clients to our agents.” Davidson Realty prides itself on advocating for its clients’ best interests, as well as focusing on its agents. “We provide them with everything they need to create exceptional experiences for our clients,” Davidson shares. Davidson Realty is excited to announce the hiring of four new Realtors – Kevin Thomas, Clay B. Martin, Christina Treadway and Theo Dimitrakopoulos.

 

Kevin Thomas had a 20-year career as an entrepreneur in pharmacy advertising, and is originally from Nashville, TN. His Southern hospitality shines through, as does his passion to not just facilitate deals, but create trusting, genuine relationships with his clients. “My clients’ needs are my number one priority, and I take pride in listening and tailoring strategies to achieve any real estate objective,” he shares.

 

 

Clay B. Martin has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and joined Davidson after a 29-year career in Medical Device sales. He shares, “A wonderful agent from Davidson Realty helped me, my parents and my in-laws find homes. And since, I’ve been inspired to serve others with the same quality of excellence and attention to detail that I received.”

 

 

Christina Treadway has been licensed since 2017, and is a former Financial Advisor. “As a skilled negotiator, I will leave no stone unturned! And ask all the questions you didn’t know to ask,” she laughs. “I pride myself on providing exceptional service that always puts people first.”

 

 

Theo Dimitrakopoulos was born in Greece, and moved to Jacksonville at 8 years old. He comes from food service/beverage sales. “I love sharing my knowledge of North Florida to help people buy and sell real estate wisely,” he shares. “Whether it’s moving into their first home, dream home or considering investment properties, my customers get my undivided attention.”

 

Sherry Davidson loves having new agents in the office. “Real estate has been a passion of mine for over three decades,” she shares. “To be able to help others ignite that passion in themselves and empower them to meet their goals – it’s something I’m proud and honored to be able to do.” Learn more about our new agents here.
