Buyer demand in January is still very strong. We had over $9 million in sales for the month. I would like to recognize our Top Performers for the month.

 

Lynn Whitley is our Top Producer (most closings) for January. Lynn is a true professional who is always improving herself with training. She is a Broker Associate and has earned many designations to serve her customers better. She gives the same level of care to less expensive transactions as she does to the luxury properties. Her customers rave about her service.

 

 

The Top Overall Sales and Top Lister is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha sold 4 of her listings in January and her overall sales volume was $2.6 Million for the month. Mirtha was just awarded Top Sales, Listings and Production (closings) for 2020. She is always one of our Tops.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR DECEMBER & THE 4TH QUARTER

It is time to celebrate the end of 2020 and our Top Producers for December and the 4th quarter. I am so proud of our team at Davidson Realty and the challenges they faced this year.

 

The Top Producer (most closings) and Top Sales agent for the month and quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped customers find homes even though we are experiencing a shortage of available homes by also considering new construction. She had contracts with four different builders during the quarter. She helped customers buy or sell homes in World Golf Village and all over north Florida. She does whatever it takes to help her customers achieve their dreams.

 

 

The Top Listing agent for the month and quarter is Lynn Whitley. Lynn helped four customers to sell their homes during the quarter. Lynn has many years of real estate experience and has been a member of our team for over 12 years. She loves a challenge and handles many interesting properties.

The holiday season is here, but real estate is still very active. Congratulations to all of our Top Producers for November.

 

The Top Producer with the most closings for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.6 Million in closings. Mirtha also has the most overall sales with over $1 Million in sales. All while having multiple toy and food drives for the Homeless Coalition and treating her customers to pies for Thanksgiving and Poinsettias and eggnog for Christmas.

 

 

 

The Agent with the most Buyer Sales is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer found two buyers the perfect home. She is very creative in this market with homes moving so quickly. You have to know the market well to assist buyers in this great market.

Davidson Realty’s team of real estate experts at our St. Augustine and Beaches offices wrapped up the month of October with thirty-three closings for a total of more than $11.6 million and twenty-nine sales for a total of more than $9.3 million in sales. Suzy Evans was Davidson Realty’s Top Listing and Top Overall Sales Agent for the month of October with more than $1.5 million in total sales. Davidson Realty’s Top Sales and Top Producing Team for the month of October was The Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim Nemethy had more than $2 million in closings last month. Davidson Realty ended the third quarter with another successful month of real estate transactions. Agents from Davidson Realty’s St. Augustine and Beaches offices finished the month with 31 closings totaling more than $9.7 million and 35 contracts totaling more than $9.6 million in sales. Congratulations to Davidson Realty’s Top Producers for their hard work in September and the third quarter. 

 

 

The Top Producer and Top Lister for the month of September was Mirtha Barzaga with more than $1.8 million in closings. Mirtha was also Davidson Realty’s Top Sales and Top Listing Agent for the third quarter with more than $2.5 million in listings sold and $1.7 million in buyer sales. Mirtha dedicates her time to Davidson Realty’s mentoring program to help other agents achieve success in real estate. 

 

 

Davidson Realty’s Top Sales Agent for the month of September was Suzy Evans with more than $1.8 million in sales. With more than $4.9 million in closings, Suzy was Davidson Realty’s Top Producing Agent for the third quarter. Suzy has been named one of the Top 50 Best Real Estate Agents in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal. 

 

 

The Nemethy Group was Davidson Realty’s Top Producing and Top Sales Team for September and the third quarter. In September, The Nemethy Group had more than $2.6 million in closings and more than $2 million in sales to round out the third quarter with more than $8.5 million in closings and $6.2 million in sales.
