Fantastic Finish – Davidson Realty 2022 Awards

Each year, the Davidson Realty family feels a renewed sense of gratitude for the Northeast Florida community and each other. In addition to providing expert real expert services to the Northeast Florida community, Davidson Realty held more than thirty charitable and customer appreciation events in 2022, including the Davidson Cares Clay Day event which raised more than $100,000 for local organizations. The 2022 Davidson Realty calendar stayed full with more than twenty-eight training sessions, twenty-six sales meetings, eighteen bible studies, twelve birthday celebrations, and ten pizza and notes sessions. Davidson Realty also proudly welcomed ten new agents to the brokerage. 

 

The annual Davidson Realty Awards Banquet is a special night dedicated to celebrating and reflecting on all that was achieved in the past year. This year, Davidson Realty agents and staff voted for a banquet theme of “Party Through the Decades” and everyone was inspired to dress up accordingly for the occasion. The Tringali Barn in St. Augustine, Florida was decorated with centerpieces and party favors from the 20s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, including lifesize Rubix Cubes and old-fashion car cut outs. The party featured a popcorn and candy bar, build your own root beer float station, Italian food and desserts, and a custom decades cake from Cinottis. A big thank you to the awards committee: Andrea Gallagher, Matt Burkhart, and Mirtha Barzaga who spent months creatively planning. On the day of the event, the committee had additional help and support from Liz Pappaceno and Andrea’s parents (Mike and Mary DelPrete). It gives us great pleasure to acknowledge the hardworking agents and their accomplishments in 2022.

Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agent Bonnie Weinstein

Bonnie Weinstein knows all about making dreams come true. Growing up in Northeast Pennsylvania, Bonnie always dreamed of moving to Florida. Six years ago, she made her dream a reality by making Northeast Florida her new home. Now, Bonnie has joined the Davidson Realty team and is ready to help her clients’ dreams come true, too! 

 

Bonnie comes to Davidson Realty with an extensive background in both business and real estate. Her knowledge of the market, perseverance, and customer service skills make her a true joy to work with. “I believe my clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, and ability to hear what they want,” shares Bonnie.

2020. The year of adapting to the unknown. A global pandemic, millions of jobs lost, and a volatile economy, did not stop the real estate market from being swarmed by millions of Americans hoping to take advantage of the positive market trends and record-setting numbers.

 

The Davidson Realty Team powered through the uncertainty, the “social distancing”, and changing market trends to deliver quality real estate services to their clients. “Our team at Davidson Realty continued to stay connected to our customers during the crazy Covid year we had”, shared Davidson Realty President, Sherry Davidson. Agents gracefully navigated 2020 as they were presented with multiple offer situations due to the competitive nature of the market. Along with the excellent real estate service the Davidson Realty Team was providing, they continued to serve the Northeast Florida community, when they perhaps needed it the most. “Our team organized and participated in food and toy drives, Davidson Cares Clay Day, and Deck The Chairs. Sherry has served NEFAR in various capacities including on its Board of Directors. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Builders Care, a charitable arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). Throughout her 30-year career in real estate, Sherry has supported real estate agent education and promoted the importance of the real estate industry’s involvement in the community. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Davidson Realty has a successful mentoring program. “New agents are paired with an experienced agent that not only guides but is their 50/50 partner for the new agents’ first two transactions from start to close. The mentor and mentee meet frequently to discuss processes to build their business including lead generating strategies, creating a listing package, and understanding contracts and listing agreements,” shares Andrea Gallagher. 

 

Davidson Realty also organizes group coaching sessions, a book club series, and goal setting and yearly business planning workshops. Sherry Davidson and Andrea Gallagher are both certified mentors for Brian Buffini’s Real Estate training courses and teach his classes in offices regularly. These training sessions are for all experience levels of agents and are endorsed by the National Association of Realtors.  

 

Along with the in-person training and mentoring, Davidson Realty Agents receive business, marketing, and technical support. Davidson Realty has an in-house graphic designer to design and coordinate mailings of flyers, postcards, invitations, pop-by tags, and more for customer and community events. Agents have access to a transaction management system for all their transaction document needs as well as listing services such as MLS listings, contract maintenance, and text riders for signs. The Davidson Realty Team create and design customized monthly emails for each of their agents and assist with building business pages on various social media platforms.
