Meet our Top Realtors in November 2012 – Congratulations to Dottie, Ted and Mirtha!

November makes another strong month for our Jacksonville Realtors for residential home sales and closings! Our team closed out the month with almost $7.8 million in sales and approximately $5.2 million in closings. Special recognition goes to our top three Realtors in November: Congratulations to Dottie, Ted and Mirtha!

The Top Lister in November is Dottie Lay with $545,000 in listings sold and $755,000 in total sales! Dottie sold three listings during the month and one buyer sale. Dottie is an experienced top performer.  In fact, she was the Top Lister for June and the Top Lister and Top Producer for the second quarter of 2012. Dottie was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach and has been in real estate since the mid 1980s, so she has the experience to help you with any of your Northeast Florida real estate needs! Dottie and Suzy Take Over the Tops for June and the Second Quarter!

Sales are staying strong in our real estate office! Twenty different agents had sales to total over $8.3 million for the month and our total sales for the quarter were almost $22 million. It’s not often that only two agents dominate the tops for both the month and the quarter, but we aren’t surprised at all with these hardworking ladies. Meet our top Jacksonville Realtors for June and the second quarter: 

DottieDottie Lay is the Top Lister for June and the second quarter. Dottie had over $800,000 in listings sold and over $1 million in total sales for the month. She sold four of her own listings in June, three of which were in World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, The Cascades. Dottie also reigns king as Top Producer for the quarter with 9 closings totaling over $1.7 million. She had 13 sales for the quarter, nine of which were her own listings, totaling almost $1.4 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales for the second quarter. Over $8.4 Million in Sales for May! Congratulations to Jennifer, Suzy and Dottie for Being on Top!

Our Jacksonville Realtors were hard at work this month! 20 different agents had sales in May to bring our total company sales to over $8.4 million! Our closings are also improving, totaling around $4.7 million. And, in even better news, we have seen higher-end sales on the rise. Here are our top agents for May:

jenniferJennifer Todd is our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold. Congratulations to Jennifer on selling a $1.95 million dollar listing that she shared with another Davidson agent, Selena Wilhite. This 42 acre ranch estate had a 5,069 square foot main home, two guest homes, a regulation skeet range, 2 aerated lakes and a pristine 8 stall barn. The new owner will soon be living the southern dream!

suzySuzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent in May with almost $1 million in buyer sales and $1.2 million in total sales. Suzy recently received her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.  Suzy had 4 sales in May, including a King & Bear homesite and a new build with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Congratulations to Dottie, Suzy and Jennifer – Our Top Realtors in February!

We still don’t have our closing numbers where we’d like to see them, but we couldn’t be happier that new construction is still on the rise for February! The majority of our closings were new home construction and the majority of our sales were traditional this month. It’s great seeing the number of short sales and foreclosures consistently declining. In other great news, we had 28 sales coming in at $6.6 million by 18 of our St. Augustine realtors. Here are our top Realtors for February:

DottieOur Top Listing Agent for the month is Dottie Lay with over $800,000 in listings sold. Dottie sold five of her own listings in February and was one of our top agents for all of 2011. We can’t wait to see how she shines the rest of 2012!

suzyThe Top Sales Agent with the most buyer sales is Suzy Evans with over $850,000 in buyer sales and over $1 million in total sales. Suzy was also our Top Sales Agent and the winner of our social media company contest in January. She won a spot in our coveted new training program, Peak Producers, so she can take her business to the next level!

jenniferOur Top Producer is Jennifer Todd with 7 properties closed for over $800,000 in closings. Five of those properties were homesites in the King & Bear. Jennifer was our Top Lister in January and the queen of new construction! Congratulations!!

Almost every agent in our office had a transaction in February. Thank you to everyone for the hard work! We know March’s numbers are going to knock our socks off!
