A big congratulations to our entire Davidson Team for another hot summer month of sales and closings. Our Realtors brought in $12 million in sales and over $12 million in closings during the month. Not only did our awesome team bring in great numbers, July was a great month for everyone that’s part of the Davidson Companies because we launched our brand-new website by RedFin Group! Why Live in Northeast Florida?

Folks from out of state often think of Florida in a way that defines all parts of our state equally. To them, we are a warm, sunshiny, tropical paradise with a good dose of theme park fun for the kids and golf courses galore for the adults. Upon arrival, they expect a slow-paced, relaxed life where folks lounge poolside and ponder what their next fun activity should be. It, therefore, should reason that all parts of the state would fit their needs for where to relocate to or call their second home. The Invisible Homeowner—the Key to Good Showings

The National Association of Realtors, in its publication, “Realtor Mag”, recently outlined the top 10 worst home-showing offenses. The list includes some obvious items—from bad-tempered and/or barking dogs, unfriendly cats, attendant pet odors, to other items such as smells from cooking and smoking, etc. Amongst the most frequently cited concerns, however, is one that is a surprise to some and may seem innocuous on first blush—a homeowner who is present for showings.
