Experienced Associate Broker Bill Thew has joined the team here at Davidson Realty! Bill comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in real estate.

“Not only is Bill experienced in all aspects of real estate, he is also a local Realtor with solid knowledge of the First Coast market. We are glad to have him on our team,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Bill is a native Floridian. He spent the first half of his career in radiation protection services, working for power plants around the country. Bill later pursued a career in real estate to help customers throughout Northeast Florida with the home buying and selling processes. Agent Anita McNeill earns GRI designation

We would like to congratulate Anita McNeill on earning the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

In Florida, the GRI designation requires 105 hours of coursework on varying topics like real estate law, best practices, finance, risk reduction, regulatory standards, technology and sales.

Long-time Agent Judy Suhomske Joins Davidson Team

We are thrilled to welcome another seasoned agent, Judy Suhomske, to our expanding real estate team.  Judy comes to Davidson with more than 18 years of experience as a licensed realtor as well as valuable know-how as a real estate developer and business owner.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Judy is experienced, insightful, and committed to helping her clients – a superb combination of qualities. Judy originates from Peoria, Illinois.  Prior to pursuing her passion in real estate, she was secretary to the Manager of Worldwide Market Development at Caterpillar Tractor Co., and she partnered with her husband to open and operate two gourmet coffee and tea specialty shops.  In fact, the larger shop is still open after 30 years in business.
