Congratulations to all twenty-eight of our agents that had sales during May totaling $9.6 million! Our Realtors brought in 43 transactions for a total of $11.7 million in closings during the month. We need to give special recognition to the two ladies who came out on top, Erin Mount and Mirtha Barzaga.

The Top Listing Agent for May is Erin Mount with $469,000 in listings sold. Erin sold three of her own listings in Heritage Landing. We’re pleased to announce that our very own Jodi Moore has moved into a new role as Realtor! Since February 2014, Jodi has served as administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for Davidson.

Mirtha Barzaga and her team are hosting their 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive in World Golf Village’s Heritage Landing community on Saturday, November 14th between 2 and 4 pm to benefit the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County. All are invited to stop by the Heritage Landing Amenity Center Parking Lot on Saturday with non-perishable food items, such as canned fruits and vegetables, beans, noodles, soups, ham, tuna or salmon! WGV Development in The Spotlight At Mirtha Barzaga’s Heritage Landing Event

Davidson Agent Mirtha Barzaga recently invited residents of Heritage Landing to an educational event that explored the past, present and future of the World Golf Village area. The event, held on May 27 at the community’s Heritage Room, was attended by about 25 residents and featured speaker Rick Pariani, Vice President of Design and Development for Davidson Development.

“The story of World Golf Village includes more than 25 years of history.
