$14 Million in Sales for April – Congrats to Suzy, Amy, Ben and First Coast Rooftops!

Sales are surely picking up in Northeast Florida! Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $14 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month of April. We had 29 agents with sales and 21 agents with closings! Congratulations to our entire team of professionals!

Our Top Listing Agent for the month is Suzy Evans with over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $1.6 million in total sales. Suzy sold four of her own listings and had two buyer sales. January was a very special month for the Davidson Companies! We celebrated a fantastic 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Banquet and opened our new Jacksonville Beach office with a bang! Over 250 people attended our Grand Opening Event to welcome us to Jax Beach. And, our awesome team is fired up and ready for a great new year! We had over $7.7 million in sales in January. Our Top Listing Agent for January is Mirtha Barzaga with over $750,000 in listings sold. Mirtha sold two of her own listings – a re-sale home and a homesite in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. Read more

August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)!
