Amy grew up in Jacksonville. After serving as a jet engine mechanic in the Florida Air National Guard for more than six years, she pursued her passion in real estate.  She has amassed more than 10 years of experience as an agent and real estate marketing professional.  In that time, she sold properties, managed a foreclosure office, and partnered with real estate companies to develop marketing plans including print and digital collateral. Long-time Agent Judy Suhomske Joins Davidson Team

Judy originates from Peoria, Illinois.  Prior to pursuing her passion in real estate, she was secretary to the Manager of Worldwide Market Development at Caterpillar Tractor Co., and she partnered with her husband to open and operate two gourmet coffee and tea specialty shops.  In fact, the larger shop is still open after 30 years in business. A third generation real estate careerist, she was born and raised right here in Ponte Vedra Beach and grew up accompanying her father as he valued real estate properties – learning all about the industry through observation. Leah Ochiltree Joins Husband Jock as a Davidson Realty Agent

We’re thrilled to have not one but two Ochiltree agents on our team.  Leah Ochiltree has joined her husband of 44 years, Jock, as a Davidson Realty agent.  Leah and Jock plan to work as a team.  “Leah’s customer-focus and interior design background coupled with Jock’s negotiation and sales skills will serve clients well,” says Sherry Davidson.

Originally from South Florida, Leah spent much of her adult life in the San Francisco bay area working as an insurance brokerage manager, Merrill Lynch account specialist, and executive administrative assistant for several technology companies.  Upon returning to Florida, Leah pursued her entrepreneurial passion for decorating and launched her own interior design company.  She brings her keen eye for space planning, design, and understanding customer needs to her new career in real estate sales.
