A big congratulations to our entire Davidson Team for another hot summer month of sales and closings. Our Realtors brought in $12 million in sales and over $12 million in closings during the month. Not only did our awesome team bring in great numbers, July was a great month for everyone that’s part of the Davidson Companies because we launched our brand-new website by RedFin Group! A Magnificent May – $17.5 Million in Sales & $15 Million in Closings!

April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005).
