At Davidson Realty, we are always working to better help our investor clients. As such, we are pleased to announce that Davidson agents Amanda Houser and Rema Shaban have completed the “Single and Multi-Family Investing” course provided by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR).

Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings. Team Davidson recently celebrated our 14th Annual Awards Banquet in “black and white” style at Blackstone Grille in Julington Creek. Over 90 agents and staff came out to celebrate a tremendous year in sales and closings and enjoy delectable food by our friends at Blackstone Grille.
