Congratulations to all 50 of our St. Augustine Realtors for a job well done in June and a very impressive 2nd Quarter! We had $10.3 million in sales for the month and $10.5 million in closings that were all residential sales. Another Incredible Month for our Jacksonville Realtors – Over $20 Million in Closings for May!

The market is on fire and so is Team Davidson! In May, 25 Realtors had sales for total sales of over $14 million and 26 Realtors had closings for a total of over $20 million in closings! Team Davidson Celebrates a HUGE Month in April – Over $24 Million in Sales and Over $15 Million in Closings!

April was an incredible month for our Jacksonville Realtors! We had 25 different agents with sales during the month and 23 agents with closings. And, Davidson Development President Jim Davidson and the Development team had a commercial closing in Oakleaf Plantation. Our totals came out to over $24 million in sales for April and over $15 million in closings. Congratulations to all our agents and staff on a great month of production!

At Davidson Realty, we love our new realtors and Liz Pappaceno is our newest! Liz brings to us 27 years of dedicated experience working for the U.S. government. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Liz is committed to providing top notch service to each of her clients. We are delighted to welcome Liz to Davidson Realty.”

A New Jersey native, Liz graduated from Rider University and immediately took a position with the U.S. government, serving in Newark and Trenton. She later worked in Philadelphia and transferred to Jacksonville for a position in 2008. 54 Realtors and $7.8 Million in Closings – February was Another Great Month at Davidson Realty!

Our Jacksonville Realtors are in high gear! Twenty-six different agents had sales during the month of February totaling $7.3 million in sales and $7.8 million in closings! We are also at an all-time high of Realtors. We now have a total of 54 Realtors able to serve you in any of your real estate needs. We are proud of all of our agents, but there were three that came out on top in February:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $510,000 in listings sold and $621,000 in total sales. Mirtha sold two of her own listings in World Golf Village’s GroveWood and Turnberry communities. She also had one buyer sale in Tuscany Village by the St. Augustine Outlet Malls. Read more
