There’s already a lot going on at Davidson Realty in 2014! We formed relationships with La Fontana at the Residences, Emerald Homes and The Cascades to be their listing agents in World Golf Village. We have our first annual Davidson Cares 5k & Kid’s Fun Run this Saturday in World Golf Village and we’ve already raised over $16,500 for our local schools. Time to Pop the Champagne! Team Davidson Blew Past $90 Million Closing Goal for 2013!

What an incredible way to end 2013 and start 2014 off with a bang! Team Davidson is not only celebrating a great month in December, but a fabulous quarter and year as well. Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $7.4 million in sales for December and closed over $13.7 million. Our numbers are even more impressive for the quarter with sales coming in over $38.6 million and closings over $27.2 million. Congratulations to our entire team for making 2013 an unbelievable year by surpassing our company goal of $90 million in closings to achieve a total of $96 million in closings for the year.

Team Davidson on Track to Surpass $90 Million Closing Goal

Tis the season! There’s so much to be thankful for this year, including our Jacksonville Realtors being on track to surpass our company goal of $90 million in closings. November was a solid month for our agents, bringing in $6.2 million in sales and $7.2 million in closings. Congratulations to Pauline Cake, Woody Cake, Suzy Evans and Mirtha Barzaga for topping the sales and closings chart!

Our Top Listing Agents for November are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake. Pauline and Woody had $1.1 million in listings sold and total sales of $2.3 million. It’s no surprise our World Golf Village experts sold two of their own listings in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. They also sold their own listing in Samara Lakes. Out of their three buyer sales, two were in World Golf Village (one in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, and the other in the King & Bear). Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Margherite has great experience and knowledge working with buyers trying to relocate to our area. She is also an expert on 55+ communities in our area, including The Cascades in World Golf Village.
