Pam Lareau Transitions From Educator To Agent At Davidson Realty

We are thrilled to announce the recent addition of Pam Lareau to Davidson’s team of real estate professionals! Before pursuing real estate, Pam spent decades as an educator.

“We are pleased to welcome Pam to our team. Her passion has always centered on helping others, which continues into her real estate career,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Pam holds a degree in elementary education. She worked at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind here in St. Augustine before teaching in public schools for 20 years. Pam recently earned her real estate license and looks forward to guiding her customers through the home buying and selling processes.

She and her husband George have three children. In her free time, Pam enjoys cooking, traveling and enjoying nature.

July was another great month for our Jacksonville Realtors! The team brought in $9.2 million in sales and $9.4 million in closings. Travis Skoglund Brings 25 Years Of Real Estate Experience To Davidson

We recently welcomed Travis Skoglund to our team of real estate agents! Travis’s background includes more than 25 years in real estate in addition to experience in the agriculture and automotive industries.

Travis originates from Northern Minnesota and holds a degree in heavy diesel mechanics. Before following his passion for real estate, he managed a successful cattle and crop operation, and later an automotive center. Read more

Davidson’s real estate sales team recently welcomed its newest member Alen Cowles! Alen boasts more than 15 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry.

Alen was raised in Muskegon, Michigan and relocated to the First Coast in 2006. Prior to pursuing real estate, he worked for a credit union as a lending manager specializing in mortgages. Read more
