Jacksonville’s October Real Estate Trends – Florida Mortgage Delinquencies Have Biggest Drop of Any State

The NEFAR October market stats show continued recovery in our real estate market. The pending sales are up 10% over last October and 17% year to date. The closed sales are down 2% from last October, but are up 12% year to date. I would like to add that traditional closed sales for October are up 6% over last October and the distressed sales are down 19%. It is very positive that distressed sales have dropped so much. We recently welcomed Lauren Martilli as the newest agent on our expanding team! Lauren is experienced as a Realtor as well as a college professor.

Another successful and productive month in the books for Team Davidson! We had 23 Realtors with sales during October totaling $10.8 million and 24 agents with closings coming in at $8.6 million. We have hired nine new agents since September 1st, who will be helping customers from downtown Jacksonville all the way to Palm Coast. We are at 60 agents and continue to grow! Our new Jacksonville Beach office will be open next month and we cannot wait for you to see it! Lots of great things happening at Davidson!

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Amy Anderson with over $900,000 in listings sold and $1.1 million in total sales. Amy sold four of her listings and had one buyer sale, all of which were in St. Johns County. Our A-Rated schools bring the buyers! Read more
