See What’s New in Nocatee’s Greenleaf Village

In the last two months, we have spotlighted the growing neighborhoods of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, including exploring the St. Johns County community’s incredible amenities like Splash Water Park.  Now we are checking in with our builder friends in Nocatee’s Greenleaf Village to see what this unique community is all about!

Greenleaf ParkWe were lucky enough to run into Denise Patricola with David Weekley Homes to show us around Greenleaf Village. As Denise explains in the video, Greenleaf Village is just one of the many communities in Nocatee offering single-family homes, but Greenleaf has some very special amenities all to itself. The 10-acre Greenleaf Park offers ball fields, a pavilion and picnic areas to host all your special events. And, my personal favorite, the Trails for Tails Dog Park is the perfect place to take your four-legged friends for a little exercise and socializing. Residents can keep active by taking advantage of the paved trails connecting all of Nocatee’s exquisite communities to their Town Center.  They are perfect for biking, rollerblading, walking or even golf carting the 1.5 miles to take a swim in the Splash Water Park. Closings and Sales are off the Chart in July! Congratulations to Mirtha, Doug and Jennifer for Reaching the Top!

This month, we are thrilled to report great news for both sales and closings! Our Jacksonville Realtors came in strong with nearly $8.8 million in sales and $7.6 million in closings! Twenty different agents had sales in July. Everyone did their part in making this an incredible month for our company and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication to their client’s needs. Here are the top Realtors for July:

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and almost $1.4 million in total sales. Out of Mirtha’s five sales, three were her own listings. She sold in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, Ponte Vedra and multiple homes where she lives, Heritage Landing. Mirtha is the listing agent for Inland Homes, who is currently under construction in World Golf Village. She would be happy to help you build your dream home! Read more

Realtor Training at Davidson Includes Buffini & Company’s Renowned Peak Producers Program and an Unmatched Mentoring Program

We’ve created a series of videos to showcase what makes Davidson different from the average real estate company. Last month, we shared a video on agent earnings here at Davidson Realty, and how our Jacksonville and St. Augustine Realtors average higher average incomes than most Northeast Florida Realtors.  Now we’d like to provide a sneak peek of our training program for new and seasoned agents alike.

In the video, you will see some of our agents learning from the master himself, Brian Buffini of Buffini & Company. Davidson Realty agents participate in Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training, a 16-week-course that teaches the habits, attitude and skills to be a Peak Producer. Holly Harvey, Closing Manager of the Law Offices of Curtis & Associates, explains the series of discussions she leads to educate agents on contracts, surveys, title policies and more. Lastly, you’ll hear from Davidson agents Maxine Levy and Mirtha Barzaga who are incredible examples of the success that comes from our mentoring program. Read more
