We’ve created a series of videos to showcase what makes Davidson different from the average real estate company. Last month, we shared a video on agent earnings here at Davidson Realty, and how our Jacksonville and St. Augustine Realtors average higher average incomes than most Northeast Florida Realtors.  Now we’d like to provide a sneak peek of our training program for new and seasoned agents alike.

In the video, you will see some of our agents learning from the master himself, Brian Buffini of Buffini & Company. Davidson Realty agents participate in Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training, a 16-week-course that teaches the habits, attitude and skills to be a Peak Producer. Holly Harvey, Closing Manager of the Law Offices of Curtis & Associates, explains the series of discussions she leads to educate agents on contracts, surveys, title policies and more. Lastly, you’ll hear from Davidson agents Maxine Levy and Mirtha Barzaga who are incredible examples of the success that comes from our mentoring program. Read more

wine fairyFriday afternoons at our World Golf Village offices are magical.  Because on Friday afternoons at Davidson Realty we welcome special visitors who come bearing wine.  They are the Davidson Realty Wine Fairies and they make our Fridays extra special.

“We welcome industry professionals, vendors and friends of the company who serve as our Wine Fairies.  It’s a great opportunity for them to visit with our Realtors and staff,” says Sherry Davidson.  The other benefit of wine Friday at Davidson Realty is the comraderie it builds.  “Wine Fridays bring the whole crew together which has helped me really get to know the great people I work with,” says Karen SternRead more

home-buyers-sellersLately in the Davidson Realty weekly sales meetings our Jacksonville Realtors have been sharing the kinds of stories we’ve haven’t heard in quite awhile.  That is the “Tale of the Home that Got Away”.  The market is heating up and buyers are actually missing out on the homes they want because they are not moving quickly enough or underbidding.  It seems that the tide is shifting away from the Buyer’s Market.  The primary reasons for that are reduced inventory and pent up demand.  People are finally buying homes again and there are fewer to choose from. Agent Spotlight: Michelle Santorelli

June 28, 2012

DSC_0622It’s really no surprise to us that St. Augustine Realtor Michelle Santorelli was born and raised in St. Augustine and still calls our fair city home.  When you’re lucky enough to be born in a place with both natural and man-made beauty, great year-round weather, affordable cost of living, cultural attractions and the warmth and spirit of a small town with all the offerings and conveniences of much larger cities, why would you leave?  In fact, Michelle’s knowledge of St. Augustine and the area is a great bonus for the clients she works with.

Michelle has been a part of the Davidson Realty family for two years.  Recently we nabbed a few minutes with Michelle, in between her showing homes and running with her running club, to answer a few questions.

How did you decide to make real estate your career?
I chose real estate because it allows me to be actively involved in the community and help others start new phases of their lives. I love helping families see new possibilities.  Also, I’m a hard worker and I appreciate the opportunity with real estate to really get out of it what I put in.  I believe that success comes from helping others find their own success.  Read more
