Congrats to our Top Realtors in September and for the 3rd Quarter of 2015!

Our Jacksonville Realtors have been working hard to close out 2015 with a bang! We had over $6 million in sales for the month of September and $25 million in closings. The team brought in $29 million in sales for the 3rd Quarter and 38 different agents had closings totaling over $44 million. We are only a month away from opening our Jacksonville Beach location and we couldn’t be more excited! Congratulations to our entire team on a job well done.

Here are the Top Realtors in September:

The Top Listing Agent for September is Amanda Houser with over $800,000 in sales. Amanda sold two of her own listings, one in RiverTown and one off Gate Parkway in Jacksonville. She also had one buyer sale in Pointe Meadows off Gate Parkway and Baymeadows. Amanda is an expert in new construction and the RiverTown community. Read more

Celebrating our Top Realtors for September and the 3rd Quarter of 2014

Our St. Augustine Realtors ended September with $9.3 million in sales and $9 million in closings. We had 28 agents with transactions during the month. We had an incredible quarter with $32 million in sales and $39.5 million in closings! There were 39 different agents with transactions during the 3rd Quarter. Congratulations to all our hard working agents. We have to give special recognition to the Realtors that came out on top!

The Top Listing Agents for September are Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with over $700,000 in listings sold. They sold four of their own listings, one in Walden Chase, one in World Golf Village, one in Palataka and one in West Jacksonville. Pauline and Woody live, work and play in World Golf Village. More great news for the Northeast Florida real estate market! We are seeing improvement in home prices, sales prices and we are receiving multiple offers on homes. Our Jacksonville Realtors had over $9.5 million in sales and over $8.4 million in closings for the month of June. Even more impressive, our Realtors posted $31 million in sales and $25 million in closings for the second quarter! Congratulations to Ted Tyndall, Pauline Cake and Mirtha Barzaga for topping the charts!

The Top Listing Agents for June are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with over $500,000 in listings sold and over $1.3 million in total sales. The Cake Team sold two of their own listings during the month in Turnberry, along with a home in Heritage Landing, King & Bear and Murabella. Pauline and Woody are also our Top Producers for the second quarter with over $3.1 million in closings. They had eleven properties close, ten of which were in World Golf Village.
