I want to share a few trends from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) report, Demographic Strategies for Real Estate looking at the real estate industry over the next 10 years.
1. By 2025, the number of women in the workforce will rise to 78 million, 8 million above the level in 2015.
2. Immigration will account for more than half the U. S. population growth by 2025 and many immigrants are highly educated middle and upper-class families with substantial purchasing power. Read more

This quote really inspires me because it is so rare to see true mastery in sports, the arts and business. It is fun to have college and professional football back and the final days of baseball for this year.

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats for August continue to show a strong local real estate market. The closings and pending sales are up, the median and average sales price are up and the inventory of homes for sale and percentage of distressed properties are down. Agent Anita McNeill earns GRI designation

We would like to congratulate Anita McNeill on earning the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

According to UCF economist Sean Snaith in his 2nd quarter Florida & Metro Forecast, Florida’s economy is shining. He predicts that Florida’s economy will continue to grow at a faster pace than the national forecast for the next four years because of rising job growth and home construction. Read more

I couldn’t resist a little Ronald Reagan with the 4th of July coming up so soon. I wish you a wonderful holiday.

The May numbers from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors continue to indicate a healthy real estate market in our area. The pending sales of 2,765 are up 6.5% over the previous May and 5.5% year to date. There were 2,393 closings in May which is down 1% from last May, but year to date closings are up 5.1%. Read more
