Our Jacksonville Realtors are determined to finish strong in 2011! The Davidson team closed October out with $7.9 million in sales and $5.2 million in closings. Twenty-four different agents had transactions to make for a very successful month, but there are three that stood out from the crowd and reign as the top Realtors for October!

Jennifer Todd is no stranger to the tops list in 2011 and we are thrilled to name her as our Top Lister for October with over $900,000 in listings sold!  Jennifer sold four of her own listings – two in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one in Ponte Vedra Beach and one in Jacksonville. High Sales and Closings Continue in August! Congratulations to Top Realtors, Pauline and Suzy!

Another record month on the books! Our Jacksonville Realtors had over $7 million in sales and $5.7 million in closings in August. In other great news, new home construction is still on the rise and higher-end homes are continuing to sell. Many of our agents had great months, but a special nod goes to Pauline Cake and Suzy Evans.

Pauline CakeThe Top Lister in August is Pauline Cake with just under $1 million in listings sold and over $1.3 million in total sales. You’ve heard me call Pauline our World Golf Village expert before and for good reason with five homes sold in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community in August alone. She sold four of her own listings in the luxury townhome-styled Coach Homes of Laterra Links and she had one buyer sale in the family-oriented community of WildWood. Over $8.4 Million in Sales for May! Congratulations to Jennifer, Suzy and Dottie for Being on Top!

Our Jacksonville Realtors were hard at work this month! 20 different agents had sales in May to bring our total company sales to over $8.4 million! Our closings are also improving, totaling around $4.7 million. And, in even better news, we have seen higher-end sales on the rise. Here are our top agents for May:

jenniferJennifer Todd is our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold. Congratulations to Jennifer on selling a $1.95 million dollar listing that she shared with another Davidson agent, Selena Wilhite. This 42 acre ranch estate had a 5,069 square foot main home, two guest homes, a regulation skeet range, 2 aerated lakes and a pristine 8 stall barn. The new owner will soon be living the southern dream!

suzySuzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent in May with almost $1 million in buyer sales and $1.2 million in total sales. Suzy recently received her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.  Suzy had 4 sales in May, including a King & Bear homesite and a new build with Arthur Rutenberg Homes.
