David Tiller Makes the Shift from Law Enforcement to Real Estate

David Tiller recently came to Davidson from a successful career in law enforcement and brings with him a natural passion for helping people. Born in Atlanta and raised in Pulaski, Virginia, David enlisted in the U.S. Army immediately upon graduating from high school. While stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, David headed to St. Augustine on a weekend trip and met his future wife Nicole. After close to eight years of service in the Army – including a tour in Bosnia and one in Afghanistan – David settled into civilian life in St. Augustine with his wife and started a family. He became a police officer with St. Augustine Beach Police Department, and later a Deputy Sheriff with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Read more

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin in his hometown of Superior, Steve worked for top national brands like Walmart, Ampad, and Kohler Company. His experience includes sales, corporate account management, business development, product development, strategic planning, retail channel and creative marketing, brand management, and customer relationship management. Nick earned a degree in Biochemistry from Harvard University and completed three years of graduate studies in medical sciences at the University of Florida. Prior to launching his real estate career, he garnered more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative products and services to the medical community, which included years in teleradiology (utilizing internet and cloud connectivity to transmit radiological images) and telemedicine with Siemens Medical Systems. In fact, Nick’s efforts to bring a new PACS solution to the U.S. market and Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville helped the hospital become the first totally filmless and paperless medical institution in the U.S. Read more

Davidson Realtor Zach Paul Launches Charity Program with a First Coast Focus

It’s the season of giving all year round for Davidson Realtor Zach Paul! He recently started a sales-based program that puts much needed funds back into the First Coast community. Every time someone buys or sells a home with Zach, they will get the opportunity to choose one of three local non-profit organizations to support. Zach pledges to donate 3% of his commission to the organization of their choice. Read more
