The National Association of Realtors, in its publication, “Realtor Mag”, recently outlined the top 10 worst home-showing offenses. The list includes some obvious items—from bad-tempered and/or barking dogs, unfriendly cats, attendant pet odors, to other items such as smells from cooking and smoking, etc. Amongst the most frequently cited concerns, however, is one that is a surprise to some and may seem innocuous on first blush—a homeowner who is present for showings. Our Top Realtors in October – The Spotlight is on Amy, Maxine, Mirtha & Team Overman!

Another successful and productive month in the books for Team Davidson! We had 23 Realtors with sales during October totaling $10.8 million and 24 agents with closings coming in at $8.6 million. We have hired nine new agents since September 1st, who will be helping customers from downtown Jacksonville all the way to Palm Coast. We are at 60 agents and continue to grow! Our new Jacksonville Beach office will be open next month and we cannot wait for you to see it! Lots of great things happening at Davidson!

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Amy Anderson with over $900,000 in listings sold and $1.1 million in total sales. Amy sold four of her listings and had one buyer sale, all of which were in St. Johns County. Our A-Rated schools bring the buyers! Read more

Davidson’s Third Quarter Referral Contest Winner Named

Congratulations to our newest referral program winner, Eddie Crosby!

Eddie’s name was entered into the third quarter drawing after referring a friend to purchase land from Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga.

Congrats to our Top Realtors in September and for the 3rd Quarter of 2015!

Our Jacksonville Realtors have been working hard to close out 2015 with a bang! We had over $6 million in sales for the month of September and $25 million in closings. The team brought in $29 million in sales for the 3rd Quarter and 38 different agents had closings totaling over $44 million. We are only a month away from opening our Jacksonville Beach location and we couldn’t be more excited! Congratulations to our entire team on a job well done.

The Top Listing Agent for September is Amanda Houser with over $800,000 in sales. Amanda sold two of her own listings, one in RiverTown and one off Gate Parkway in Jacksonville. She also had one buyer sale in Pointe Meadows off Gate Parkway and Baymeadows. Amanda is an expert in new construction and the RiverTown community. Read more

August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)!
