Team Davidson Closes Out October with over $8.8 Million in Sales!

Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. October also brought more agents; we are up to 50 agents and counting! Congratulations to all of Team Davidson on a great month and welcome to all our new Realtors. Here are the top agents for the month of October:

The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Margherite has great experience and knowledge working with buyers trying to relocate to our area. She is also an expert on 55+ communities in our area, including The Cascades in World Golf Village. Mirtha Barzaga Wears the Triple Crown for September and 3rd Quarter Tops!

Team Davidson finished out September and the 3rd Quarter with a bang! Our Jacksonville Realtors had $6.7 million in sales and over $8.5 million in closings for the month of September and $24.3 million in sales and $21.7 million in closings for the 3rd Quarter. Thirty different agents contributed closings for the quarter! Congratulations to all of our hard-working Realtors, especially Ms. Mirtha Barzaga who exceeded all expectations this quarter!

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for September. She had over $2.1 million in sales for September and over $1.4 million in closings. Mirtha sold three of her listings during the month for a total of $750,000. She sold one new construction with Inland Homes, two resales in World Golf Village and a home in Ponte Vedra Beach. She had five new construction closings, one with Inland Homes, one with D.R. Horton, one with Standard Pacific and two with Legacy Builders of North Florida. Chuck is an experienced entrepreneur and service industry veteran who brings to his new role a strong dedication to top notch customer service as well as honesty and reliability.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Chuck has a deep understanding of what it takes to create a great customer experience. Chuck was born in South Carolina and raised in Jacksonville. In 1996, he moved with his wife and two children to northwest St. Johns County. Nearly $12 Million in Sales for August – Congrats to Top Realtors Jennifer Todd and Mirtha Barzaga!

Congratulations to Team Davidson for achieving almost $12 million in sales and $6.4 million in closings for the month of August. Even better news…September is already off to an incredible start! Our outstanding sales numbers would not have been possible without 23 of our Jacksonville Realtors, but we have to give special acknowledgment to our ladies on top! Hard work really paid off for Jennifer Todd and Mirtha Barzaga.

The Top Lister for August is Jennifer Todd with over $1.3 million in listings sold. Jennifer sold four of her own listings – one commercial property, homes in Julington Creek and Heritage Landing, and a condo in St. Augustine. What’s even more impressive is she sold her Julington Creek listing in nine days and closed in sixteen days! Read more

Hard Work Pays Off with Great Numbers in July – Congrats to Maxine, Mirtha and The Cakes!

July brought many reasons to celebrate.  We hit our residential home sales goals; 24 of our hard working Jacksonville Realtors logged sales or closings; and, as a bonus, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson boasted total sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million in July. Congratulations to Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake for making it to the top!

The Top Listing Agent for the month of July is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales over $950,000. Maxine sold three of her own listings, including land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, a condominium in Fleming Island, and a home in Turnberry (a World Golf Village community).
