Dottie and Suzy Take Over the Tops for June and the Second Quarter!

Sales are staying strong in our real estate office! Twenty different agents had sales to total over $8.3 million for the month and our total sales for the quarter were almost $22 million. It’s not often that only two agents dominate the tops for both the month and the quarter, but we aren’t surprised at all with these hardworking ladies. Meet our top Jacksonville Realtors for June and the second quarter: 

DottieDottie Lay is the Top Lister for June and the second quarter. Dottie had over $800,000 in listings sold and over $1 million in total sales for the month. She sold four of her own listings in June, three of which were in World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, The Cascades. Dottie also reigns king as Top Producer for the quarter with 9 closings totaling over $1.7 million. She had 13 sales for the quarter, nine of which were her own listings, totaling almost $1.4 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales for the second quarter. Agent Earnings One of the Reasons Davidson Realty Stands Above the Crowd

The things that make Davidson Realty different are also what make us special.  We have extremely successful agents, we work as a team and we love to have fun.  We’ve created a video series to give more insight about what makes a career at Davidson Realty different. 

There are three main reasons Davidson is different than other firms in the area: agent profitability, training and mentoring program, and our culture. In this first video, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and Realtor Jennifer Todd concentrate on agent profitability. Agents that have been at Davidson for at least one year average a production level of $2.9 million during a 12-month period compared to the whole market average of $600,000 for individual agent production. As far as compensation, our agents make around $50,000 to $100,000 a year. Read more

Over $8.4 Million in Sales for May! Congratulations to Jennifer, Suzy and Dottie for Being on Top!

Our Jacksonville Realtors were hard at work this month! 20 different agents had sales in May to bring our total company sales to over $8.4 million! Our closings are also improving, totaling around $4.7 million. And, in even better news, we have seen higher-end sales on the rise. Here are our top agents for May:

jenniferJennifer Todd is our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold. Congratulations to Jennifer on selling a $1.95 million dollar listing that she shared with another Davidson agent, Selena Wilhite. This 42 acre ranch estate had a 5,069 square foot main home, two guest homes, a regulation skeet range, 2 aerated lakes and a pristine 8 stall barn. The new owner will soon be living the southern dream!

suzySuzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent in May with almost $1 million in buyer sales and $1.2 million in total sales. Suzy recently received her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.  Suzy had 4 sales in May, including a King & Bear homesite and a new build with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Dreaming About a Bigger Home? Now is Your Time!

If you’ve been waiting to upsize your home, it’s a good time to jump into the market. In fact, it seems like many buyers realize the prime opportunity for going bigger is now. Once again, the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors posted some positive market stats for March, including a 17% increase in pending sales for March 2012 over 2011. In our World Golf Village office, pending sales have been up 40% for the first quarter of 2012 over first quarter 2011. The price range with the largest increase in pending sales? Homes priced $1million and above have seen an 18% in pending sales. Read more

Another Great Month of Sales in April – Congratulations to Mirtha, Jennifer and Pauline!

A new month, but the ladies remain on top! Last month, we recognized Davidson agents Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake and Jennifer Todd for their achievements in March and the first quarter of 2012. Well, they are still on fire and so is the rest of the Davidson team with over $4.1 million in closings and over $5.7 million in sales for April!

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Producer for April is Mirtha Barzaga with 4 closings totaling $664,000. Mirtha closed two homesites in the King & Bear, one of which came with a coveted golf membership to the King & Bear golf course, a one-time-only collaboration by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
