Teamwork gets it done again at Davidson Realty!

The agents at Davidson Realty continually show that working together is the key to success.

 

Just recently in early July a couple came to Davidson looking for a World Golf Village area condo. Agent Ethel Henry worked with this couple to peruse new construction alongside a new home consultant as well as explore resale homes.

 

She helped them find just what they wanted, including concrete block construction, three bedrooms and an elevator. Jeanie Oehrle and Ann Kuss, a top team at Davidson, had listed the ideal unit for them at Laterra Links in the King & Bear. Once they saw it, the couple made an offer that was soon accepted. Just 24 days later, they closed on their new condo.

 

“Keeping it in the house, that’s what we did,” said Ethel. “It couldn’t have happened without Jeanie bending over backwards to cooperate with the buyers’ requests.  Because of that, we were able to close in record time.”

Our great summer selling season continues with $11.5 Million in sales for July at Davidson Realty. A special shout out to our Top Producers.

 

Ron Savarese was our top producer with 4 closings this month. While skillfully handling his closings, he also sold $1.5 Million during the month.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is always hard to reach higher than Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha is our top lister and sales agent with over $2.7 Million in sales.

 

Our top producing team for July is Lynn and Allen Whitley. I enjoy seeing our husband/wife teams be so successful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our top sales team is Jeanie Oehrle and Ann Kuss. They continue to win monthly awards and take great care of their customers.

 

Our Jacksonville Beach office is having a great year with Ted Tyndall our top producer and Margherite Myers our top sales agent.

The summer selling season is here! We had a great month in May with over $11 Million in closings and sales for the month with lots of happy home buyers and sellers.

 

Our Top Producer for the month is Michelle Gonzalez with over $ 1 Million in closings. Michelle closed new construction and existing homes for several friends and previous customers.

 

The Top Sales agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.9 Million is sales. Mirtha is one of our tops every month.

 

The Top Lister for the month is Gail George with two great listings sold.

Hats off to our outstanding team! We had over $11.5 Million is closings and $11 Million in sales for the month of April.

 

Our top producer with the most closings is Mirtha Barzaga with $2 Million in closings for the month. Mirtha was also our top listing agent of the month.

 

Brian Martin was our top sales agent of the month with $1.2 Million in sales.
