Jennifer has been part of the Davidson team since 2008 but her relationship with World Golf Village goes back even further.  She opened the model home for Arthur Rutenberg in the King and Bear in 2002 and has been working in our St. Augustine golf community ever since. Closings and Sales are off the Chart in July! Congratulations to Mirtha, Doug and Jennifer for Reaching the Top!

This month, we are thrilled to report great news for both sales and closings! Our Jacksonville Realtors came in strong with nearly $8.8 million in sales and $7.6 million in closings! Twenty different agents had sales in July. Everyone did their part in making this an incredible month for our company and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication to their client’s needs. Here are the top Realtors for July:

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and almost $1.4 million in total sales. Out of Mirtha’s five sales, three were her own listings. She sold in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, Ponte Vedra and multiple homes where she lives, Heritage Landing. Mirtha is the listing agent for Inland Homes, who is currently under construction in World Golf Village. She would be happy to help you build your dream home! Read more

Agent Earnings One of the Reasons Davidson Realty Stands Above the Crowd

The things that make Davidson Realty different are also what make us special.  We have extremely successful agents, we work as a team and we love to have fun.  We’ve created a video series to give more insight about what makes a career at Davidson Realty different. 

There are three main reasons Davidson is different than other firms in the area: agent profitability, training and mentoring program, and our culture. In this first video, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and Realtor Jennifer Todd concentrate on agent profitability. Agents that have been at Davidson for at least one year average a production level of $2.9 million during a 12-month period compared to the whole market average of $600,000 for individual agent production. As far as compensation, our agents make around $50,000 to $100,000 a year. Read more

Over $8.4 Million in Sales for May! Congratulations to Jennifer, Suzy and Dottie for Being on Top!

Our Jacksonville Realtors were hard at work this month! 20 different agents had sales in May to bring our total company sales to over $8.4 million! Our closings are also improving, totaling around $4.7 million. And, in even better news, we have seen higher-end sales on the rise. Here are our top agents for May:

jenniferJennifer Todd is our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold. Congratulations to Jennifer on selling a $1.95 million dollar listing that she shared with another Davidson agent, Selena Wilhite. This 42 acre ranch estate had a 5,069 square foot main home, two guest homes, a regulation skeet range, 2 aerated lakes and a pristine 8 stall barn. The new owner will soon be living the southern dream!

suzySuzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent in May with almost $1 million in buyer sales and $1.2 million in total sales. Suzy recently received her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.  Suzy had 4 sales in May, including a King & Bear homesite and a new build with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Another Great Month of Sales in April – Congratulations to Mirtha, Jennifer and Pauline!

A new month, but the ladies remain on top! Last month, we recognized Davidson agents Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake and Jennifer Todd for their achievements in March and the first quarter of 2012. Well, they are still on fire and so is the rest of the Davidson team with over $4.1 million in closings and over $5.7 million in sales for April!

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Producer for April is Mirtha Barzaga with 4 closings totaling $664,000. Mirtha closed two homesites in the King & Bear, one of which came with a coveted golf membership to the King & Bear golf course, a one-time-only collaboration by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. And, Mirtha helped a family relocate from Heritage Landing to their dream home in Georgia.  Mirtha was our Top Producer and Top Lister in March and the Top Lister for the first quarter.
