I know you have seen all the news about how few homes are available and the market being an extreme seller’s market. I just want you to know how hard real estate agents are working right now to find buyers a home and get it under contract or helping sellers through the process of getting their home sold and closed. With that in mind, I want to recognize our Top Producers who have earned every accolade this month.

 

The Top Producer, Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had $3 Million in closings and over $2 Million in sales for the month. Her past customers and referrals helped her get listings in this market and give her buyer customers the confidence that they will find a great home.

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team is The Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim Nemethy had almost $5 Million in sales for the month. The Nemethys have built their business on relationships and referrals which allows them to be a trusted resource for their customers. Even though they are top producers, they take great care of every customer.

 

 

 

Our Jacksonville Beach Team Top Producer and Top Sales Agent is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer knows the beaches but also helps customers from Amelia Island to St. Johns County. Her knowledge of new construction and the area serve her customers well.

The spring real estate market is very strong. All of our agents are working hard to get buyers a home and helping sellers navigate this very hot market.

 

The Top Producer with the most closings in April is Ron Savarese. Ron helped 3 customers close transactions totaling over $1.5 Million. Ron enjoys working with seniors and military buyers and sellers. He is an army veteran and skilled at helping all his customers navigate their real estate transactions.

Even though the weather has been cool, the Northeast Florida real estate market is hot.

 

I would like to recognize our Top Producers for the month of February. We had $7 Million in closings and $14 Million in sales for the month.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had closings from Callahan to St. Augustine. She helped two sellers and two buyers. If you are looking to make a move, Mirtha would love to help you.

 

 

 

 

Our Top Sales Agent is Terri Apodaca. Terri helped three buyers find wonderful homes with two being new construction. Terri takes great care of her customers listening carefully to their needs and wants and spending as much time as it takes to find that home that fits them best.

It is time to celebrate the end of 2020 and our Top Producers for December and the 4th quarter. I am so proud of our team at Davidson Realty and the challenges they faced this year.

 

The Top Producer (most closings) and Top Sales agent for the month and quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped customers find homes even though we are experiencing a shortage of available homes by also considering new construction. She had contracts with four different builders during the quarter. She helped customers buy or sell homes in World Golf Village and all over north Florida. She does whatever it takes to help her customers achieve their dreams.

 

 

The Top Listing agent for the month and quarter is Lynn Whitley. Lynn helped four customers to sell their homes during the quarter. Lynn has many years of real estate experience and has been a member of our team for over 12 years. She loves a challenge and handles many interesting properties.
