Join her in helping a child in need in the St. Johns County school system by purchasing needed school supplies such as backpacks, lunch boxes, pencils, Fiskars Scissors, gluesticks and more.

Davidson Realty has a new referral basket winner! Congratulations to King & Bear resident Kathi Weiss, who received the ice cream themed referral basket last week.
Kathi, who is retired, moved from Pennsylvania to her K&B home built by Legacy Builders less than a year ago, and encouraged a friend up north to consider World Golf Village as well. Her friend recently purchased a new home built by Inland Homes in the King & Bear.
