Way to end the First Quarter of 2016 on a high note! Our Realtors brought in $9 million in sales, $7 million in closings and 28 new listings for the month of March, which helped with our impressive numbers for the First Quarter. Team Davidson had 37 agents with transactions totaling $28 million in sales and $24 million in closings. We have to recognize our All Stars for this month and quarter. From Educator to Agent: Lauren Martilli Joins Davidson Realty

We recently welcomed Lauren Martilli as the newest agent on our expanding team! Lauren is experienced as a Realtor as well as a college professor.

“Lauren is a strong communicator and she is passionate about helping people, which are vital qualities for success as an agent. The Davidson team has gained another great Realtor,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Lauren earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University before starting her career as a professor in humanities. She taught at several Florida colleges and universities before following a passion for real estate in 2013. Read more
