Davidson Realty Names Referral Basket Winners & Announces New Basket!

Davidson Realty recently named World Golf Village residents Bruce and Linda Smith as its first quarter 2015 referral basket winners! The Smiths were entered into the raffle after referring a buyer to Davidson agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree. They were thrilled to take home their chocolate fountain themed basket.

Davidson’s referral program is a quarterly raffle that enters anyone who refers a buyer, seller, tenant or home to be sold or rented, to win a seasonally themed basket filled with prizes. Read more

Team Davidson Dazzled in Black & White While Celebrating 2014 Success!

Team Davidson recently celebrated our 14th Annual Awards Banquet in “black and white” style at Blackstone Grille in Julington Creek. Over 90 agents and staff came out to celebrate a tremendous year in sales and closings and enjoy delectable food by our friends at Blackstone Grille. Celebrating our Top Realtors for September and the 3rd Quarter of 2014

Our St. Augustine Realtors ended September with $9.3 million in sales and $9 million in closings. We had 28 agents with transactions during the month. We had an incredible quarter with $32 million in sales and $39.5 million in closings! There were 39 different agents with transactions during the 3rd Quarter. Congratulations to all our hard working agents. We have to give special recognition to the Realtors that came out on top!

The Top Listing Agents for September are Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with over $700,000 in listings sold. They sold four of their own listings, one in Walden Chase, one in World Golf Village, one in Palataka and one in West Jacksonville. Pauline and Woody live, work and play in World Golf Village.
