Congratulations to Davidson Realty agents Ethel Henry and Liz Pappaceno, who have earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation! This is the industry’s gold standard in agent certifications.

In Florida, agents seeking the GRI are required to complete 105 hours of coursework by the National Association of Realtors. The coursework focuses on wide-ranging industry topics like real estate law, best business practices, finance, risk reduction, regulatory standards, technology and sales. Read more

Congratulations go out to our nine agents recently named as 2017 Five Star Professionals! Those agents include Ron Savarese, Joanne Samuelson, Michelle Gonzalez, Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga, Lynn Whitley, Liz Pappaceno, Margherite Myers and Jock Ochiltree.

Our thanks to the wonderful group of Davidson agents who gathered on Saturday, October 22, to mark the 25th annual Make A Difference Day by volunteering with St. Johns Housing Partnership! Davidson Realty also donated $1,000 to SJHP.

Liz Pappaceno, Terri Otterman, Anita McNeill, Franco D’Orazio, Margherite Myers, Patricia Lee, Shirley Barber, Shelley Nemethy and her husband Tim, all joined Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson to lend a hand with hurricane clean-up for nearly 80 low-income seniors in apartments owned by SJHP.
