The 1st Quarter Top Agents are not only ALL repeat winners, they are exquisite ladies that prove month after month that they are the best in the business and they aren’t going anywhere! Their dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction has yet to be beat. These women deserve all the praise they get.

suzie sampleIt should comes as no surprise that Suzy Evans is Davidson’s Top Lister for the 1st Quarter with over $3 million in listings sold and sales. Not only is Suzy our Top Lister for March, she also took the title of Top Lister for our 4th Quarter last year.  Mirtha Barzaga

Mirtha Barzaga is being honored this quarter as Top Sales Agent with over $2.6 million in buyer sales and listings sold. She was named our Top Producer and Top Sales Agent in February and continues to fight her way to the top! Read more

Davidson Announces February’s Top Realtors

mirthaThis month, Mirtha Barzaga led the pack being named Top Producer and Top Sales Agent! With 3 transactions, her sales totaled over $1.2 million and she closed over $850,000. Mirtha’s success is a direct result of her hard work and commitment to her customers – she even worked on Christmas to help her customers buy their dream lot in the King & Bear. In this economy, hard work should be rewarded and Mirtha deserves the praise!

LynIt’s no surprise that Lyn Sappington was named Top Lister in February! Her professionalism and talent has continued to put her on the tops lists month after month. In February, she sold 2 listings totaling over $500,000. We have no doubt that she will continue to impress!

The Davidson Companies Not Only Survived, But Shined in 09!

DSCN0363I don’t know if it was the large crowd of agents and staff that showed up to our company awards banquet or the survivor theme that made it so fun, but we all had a great time celebrating our hard work in 2009!

The night started off by recognizing people that have been with the company for five years; Lyn Sappington, Dottie Lay, Bob Lay, Jeannie Sockwell, Doug Duggan and Laura Hendricks. The company would not be the same without them!

Davidson Realty’s mission is to “Value People First…Before, Over and Above Everything Else”, so we thought it would be perfect to acknowledge the people in our office that do that best! The agents awarded were voted on by all our agents and staff. Beverly Morse and Dottie Lay were honored as “Most Exemplifies our Core Values”. Carol vonRabenstein was awarded “Values People First” and Mirtha Barzaga was recognized for going “Above and Beyond” for anyone who needs it.

Pauline Cake was recognized for over 5 million in closings and Dottie Lay for over 4 million in closings. Doug Duggan, Carol vonRabenstein, Ted Tyndall, and Jock Ochiltree had over 3 million in closings. And, Jennifer Todd, Mirtha Barzaga, Beverly Morse, and Suzy Evans got over 2 million in closings. Davidson Realty Announces Top Real Estate Agents

DRI Tops PicThis month, we get to recognize our top real estate agents for December…and for the 4th quarter of 2009 – not to mention a special recognition for our top employee of the quarter – Cindy Vaughn (far right) – too!

For December, Lyn Sappington (4th from left) took top sales honors with $1.6 million in transactions for the month. Lyn is known for selling homes throughout Northeast Florida – from Amelia to Palm Coast. Jock Ochitree (not pictured) was our top producer with $1.4 million in closings. His specialty is homes in golf course communities. Pauline Cake (far left with real estate partner/husband Woody Cake) – who specializes in selling The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village – won top lister with just under $400,000 in listings sold. An honorable mention goes to Mirtha Barzaga, who had seven transactions during the month! Read more

Pebble Beach - Lyn Bill CaddyIt’s time to recognize the best of the best again! Davidson Realty would like to congratulate Lyn Sappington for being Top Lister and Top Sales for the company in November. Lyn had $1.5 million in total volume. She led the month with the three sales for a total of $827,500 and with listings of $649,000. Lyn is frequently in the Tops for Davidson. I suppose her competitive side helps keep her there, just like it keeps her excelling in golf. In fact, Lyn is so addicted to golf that when she was single and looking for a husband, her first qualifying question was, “What is your handicap?” Hence, she is now happily married to an incredible golfer!
